Rail Wheel Factory Apprentice Jobs 2026: 192 Posts Open – Apply Offline Now!

The Rail Wheel Factory (RWF), a key production unit under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, has announced an exciting opportunity for young candidates looking to start a career in technical trades.

Rail Wheel Factory Apprentice Jobs 2026

Located in Yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka, RWF manufactures cast steel wheels, forged steel axles, and wheel sets primarily for Indian Railways, with additional capacity serving other clients and exports.

In its latest notification for the year 2025-26 (often referred to as the 2026 cycle), RWF is inviting applications for 192 Act Apprentice positions under the Apprentices Act, 1961. This is a great chance for ITI-qualified individuals to gain hands-on training in various engineering trades at a prestigious railway establishment. Note that this is purely a training program—no guarantee of permanent employment follows completion.
