  - Reserved category women get up to 10 years.
  - People with disabilities (PwD) can get 10-15 years depending on gender and category, with a maximum up to 45 years in some cases.

Make sure you have proof for any relaxation you claim, like caste certificate, disability certificate, or discharge book.

The starting pay is fixed at Rs. 40,800 per month for the first three years of service. After that, you move to the regular pay scale under the 7th Pay Commission: Rs. 29,200 to Rs. 92,300 (Level-5). This includes allowances like DA, HRA, and others as per government rules. It's a solid package for a Class-3 government job, offering job security, pension benefits, and growth opportunities over time.

The process is simple and merit-based:
1. Written Examination*– This will be objective-type (MCQ) covering topics related to your diploma syllabus, general knowledge, Gujarati language, and basic computer skills. The exact syllabus and pattern will be in the official notification or on the website later.
2. Document Verification – If you clear the exam, you'll need to show originals of your certificates, age proof, category documents, etc.

No interview is mentioned, so your performance in the written test matters a lot.
