  • Jr. Foreman (Mines): Diploma in Mining + Mining Foreman Certificate from DGMS.
  • Jr. Foreman (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical + Valid Supervisory Competency Certificate (endorsed for Odisha if needed).
  • Operator / Technician posts (Fitter, Electrical, Instrumentation): 10th + relevant 2-year ITI + Apprenticeship Certificate.
  • Laboratory: B.Sc. (Hons) in Chemistry.
