Eligibility Requirements

Also required: Valid First Aid Certificate and Gas Testing Certificate.Mining Sirdar: Class 12 (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board, OR 3-year Diploma/Degree in Mining Engineering. Must have a valid Un-Restricted Mining Sirdar Competency Certificate from DGMS (for OC & UG mines). Plus First Aid and Gas Testing Certificates.
Surveyor: Class 12 or equivalent, OR 3-year Diploma/Degree in Mining/Mine Surveying Engineering. Needs a valid Un-Restricted Survey Certificate of Competency from DGMS (for both OC & UG).
Translator (OL Clerical Gr. III): Bachelor's degree (B.A. or equivalent) with Hindi and English. Preference for Government Diploma in Hindi Translation.
Technician (Pathology): Diploma in Pathology from a government-recognized institute.

Selection Process
The recruitment involves a single stage: Computer Based Test (CBT). No interviews are held.The CBT includes:
- Section A: General Awareness/Aptitude – 20 questions (1 mark each)
- Section B: Technical knowledge related to the post – 80 questions (1 mark each)
- Total: 100 marks, no negative marking.
- Qualifying marks:
- General/EWS: 45% (45 marks)
- OBC (NCL): 40% (40 marks)
- SC/ST: 35% (35 marks)
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates receive pay under the National Coal Wage Agreement (NCWA-XI), plus allowances and perks as per company rules:- Junior Overman / Mining Sirdar / Technician (Pathology): ₹47,330.25 per month (basic)
- Surveyor: ₹51,103.12 per month
- Translator: ₹41,966.51 per month
